Lost something on board? Our team at the Service Center at Luisenplatz is here to help! 

Reporting a lost item 

Lost your phone or keys on a bus, tram or HeinerLiner? Report lost items immediately: 

To help us identify your item, please provide: 

  • Date, time, and location 
  • Line number, direction, and vehicle number 
  • Detailed description (brand, color, size, contents) 

Picking up your lost item 

Found items are usually available for pickup within 2 – 3 days at our Customer Service Center at Luisenplatz. 

If you’re not sure whether you lost your item on our vehicles, you can also check with the City of Darmstadt Lost & Found Office.
