Reporting a lost item

To help us identify your item, please provide:
- Date, time, and location
- Line number, direction, and vehicle number
- Detailed description (brand, color, size, contents)
Picking up your lost item
Found items are usually available for pickup within 2 – 3 days at our Customer Service Center at Luisenplatz.
If you’re not sure whether you lost your item on our vehicles, you can also check with the City of Darmstadt Lost & Found Office.
